Procurement of a semi-stationary speed-measuring system with two laser scanners

Summary

The City of Oberhausen is procuring a fully operational semi-stationary speed-enforcement trailer system that can monitor traffic in both directions simultaneously and produce evidence admissible in court, together with two new laser-scanner measuring devices. The system must also be suitable for stationary and mobile use, classify vehicle types and allow different speed limits for different classes. The procurement includes, where needed, training for up to eight staff, software and a required interface, as well as maintenance and servicing. Delivery is due within three months of contract award; variant bids are not permitted. The sole award criterion is the total gross price, and the contract will go to the bid with the lowest gross price. Bids must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and completed price information.
