Excavation support works for the NaviGate research building

Summary

Staatliches Baumanagement Region Nord-West is procuring excavation support works for the NaviGate research building at the University of Oldenburg’s Wechloy campus. The works include a watertight retaining system of overlapping bored piles, internal bracing, a sealing base of approximately 445 m² and at least 1 m thickness, groundwater control and excavation. The scope includes, among other items, 2,304 linear metres of 750 mm diameter bored piles, 10–12 m long, soil removal and handling, and site preparation, surveying and documentation; the procurement is a single lot.
