Continuation and scaling of the Asana work management platform

Summary

The tender concerns the continuation, scaling and development of the Asana work management platform used by University Hospital Essen for a 36-month period. It is divided into two lots: 1) supply of Asana Enterprise Plus, Asana AI Studio Pro and related licenses, support and updates; and 2) consulting, training, workshops, coaching and rollout support. The platform must be expanded from approximately 750 users to at least 900 users, with the possibility of increasing the number to 1,200 during the contract. The submission deadline is 6 October 2026 at 12:00. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots. Price is the only award criterion for each lot, with a weighting of 100%. Alternative software is not accepted. The bidder must meet the mandatory technical, experience and documentation requirements for the relevant lot and submit the required exclusion-ground declarations, sanctions declaration and other documents listed in the tender documents.
