HCL Domino licences and support
Summary
Deutsche Welle is seeking a framework agreement to renew licences for the HCL Domino application and data platform and to provide HCL’s manufacturer support. The support covers ongoing operation, updates, bug fixes and access to technical support. The initial term is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional one-year extensions through 31 December 2030; the estimated total value is €750,000 including VAT, with a maximum of €900,000 including VAT.
