Procurement of PC equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of computer and IT equipment to schools and facilities in the Spree-Neiße district: 192 mini PCs, 162 24-inch monitors, 32 iOS tablets, 42 15.6-inch laptops, two charging cases for iOS tablets, 128 Android tablets, nine charging cases for Android tablets, three A4 colour laser printers, one charging and storage trolley for 32 laptops, 50 docking stations and 16 17-inch laptops. The equipment must meet the technical specifications in the tender documents and be delivered, installed, connected and made operational; users must also receive instruction and training. Invoices must be itemised separately for each facility. If an issue cannot be resolved through hotline guidance or a replacement service, on-site support must initiate remedial action within 24 hours. Warranty periods vary by product from 12 to 60 months. Bids must be submitted in German electronically in text form by 30 October 2026 at 09:00. Alternative bids are not permitted. Bidders must provide turnover information for the last three completed financial years and demonstrate comparable experience and the availability of the necessary staff; the participation requirements are outlined below.
