Building automation for the new Schneegarten childcare centre in Donauwörth

Summary

The City of Donauwörth is procuring the complete building automation system for a new four-storey, ten-group childcare centre in Schneegarten, including demolition of the existing childcare facility. The works cover field devices, control and power components, control cabinets, DDC automation and visualisation, integration with the city’s existing building management system, communications networks, installation, programming, commissioning, testing, documentation and staff instruction. Maintenance and inspection services are also priced for the first three years and from year four onwards; their commissioning is optional.
