Summary

The contract covers the supply, delivery into the building, assembly, installation, adjustment and handover ready for use of furniture for the new Nelly-Pütz Vocational College. The furniture is divided into six lots: staff rooms, classrooms, learning zones, the hairdressing area, team and counselling rooms, and specialist rooms and courses. The work also includes removing packaging and handing over the required documents. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots; variant bids are not permitted. The furniture must be new, suitable for intensive use in a school, and of contract-grade quality, complying with the applicable standards and technical requirements. Equivalent products may be offered, but their equivalence must be demonstrated with the bid. All work must be completed by 30 January 2027, and acceptance must take place by 19 February 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 10:15. Price is the sole award criterion. Participation requires the specified technical documents and declarations, declarations concerning exclusion grounds and sanctions, confirmation of business liability insurance, and at least two qualifying references.
