Cloud-based SaaS solution for preparing annual financial statements

Summary

The Competence Center Hessische Hochschulen is procuring a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for 14 universities in Hesse to prepare annual financial statement notes and, optionally, management reports. The work includes migrating existing report templates and the last two years of reporting and accounting data, connecting the platform to the universities’ SAP systems, and providing implementation, advice, training and support. The platform must be operational by 1 September 2027.
