Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering (IOF) in Jena is procuring one mobile, cryogenic, time-resolved nanowire single-photon detection system for photon detection around 1,500 nm. The system includes a cryostat with cooler and temperature control, an air-cooled compressor, nanowire detectors, detector readout electronics and a wheeled mobile enclosure.
