Framework agreement for locksmith services, supply of lock cylinders and keys

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the manufacture and delivery of security lock cylinders and keys, including possible extensions to existing master-key systems, for properties managed by BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH in Berlin. Orders will be placed individually and there is no guaranteed minimum volume. The framework runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with a maximum value of EUR 3,949,579.83 net (EUR 4,700,000 gross). Price is the only award criterion. The supplier must be able to deliver each call-off within one working day and provide a 24/7 emergency number.
