Maintenance of green areas in FBB parks

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance of the public landscape park in the Waßmannsdorf area of Schönefeld. The areas identified for care include 37,853 m² of landscape lawn, 4,283 m² of succession meadow, 35,943 m² of grove-like tree stands, a 633 m² slope with boulders, 3,005 m² of water-bound paths, 54 linear metres of bench units and 134 linear metres of gabions. The precise tasks and frequency are set out in the tender’s bill of quantities and maintenance schedule. The contractor must take account of the park’s public use, protect the protected trees and existing paths and structures from damage, dispose of its waste and obtain any permits needed for access. The bid must include at least three comparable references with the required information, a suitability self-declaration and the required business and register details. It must also include the completed offer form and priced bill of quantities. Bids must be submitted in German through the contracting authority’s electronic platform by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Alternative bids are not allowed. Price is the sole award criterion.
