Summary

The tender concerns CAD software licenses supplied in two lots: Autodesk software with support and Bricsys software. Lot 1 covers Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection multi-user licenses and a hotline fee for 01 January–31 December 2027. Lot 2 covers BricsCAD Pro and BricsCAD BIM licenses, including licenses with and without a purchase obligation, and the extension of maintenance for existing BricsCAD Pro licenses through the periods specified in the price sheet. The bidder must submit the required declarations, turnover information for the last three financial years, liability insurance evidence, and at least one comparable reference from the last three years. Mandatory price-sheet fields must be completed and prices submitted net of VAT. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The submission deadline is 11 September 2026.
