345 – Interior plastering works

Summary

The tender concerns interior plastering works for the new forensic psychiatric clinic in Weissenau. The scope includes site establishment, cleaning and priming concrete substrates, installing profiles and plaster reinforcement, and applying lime-cement and gypsum plaster to walls, reveals and ceilings, including surfaces prepared for subsequent filling. Quantities include, among other items, 5,850 m² of gypsum plaster, 1,290 m² of lime-cement plaster, 750 m² of plaster beneath tile finishes, 1,200 m² of dust-proof protection for windows and doors, and 5,600 m² of concrete substrate cleaning.
