Traffic infrastructure and utility planning for the Heiterblick-Süd district

Summary

The procurement covers planning services for the initial infrastructure development of the new Heiterblick-Süd district in Leipzig: object planning for traffic facilities and planning for utility networks and engineering structures. The services are to be offered in three stages, with a separate fixed lump-sum fee for each stage. Price is the sole award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted. The bidder or bidding consortium must demonstrate the required relevant experience. The requirement for project managers and their deputies to be registered with an engineering chamber has been withdrawn, but the other requirements in the qualification form remain applicable. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 14 October 2026 at 12:00. The stated performance dates are 14 December 2026 and 30 November 2027; the contract will be commissioned in stages.
