Geotechnical planning services for the modernisation of Uchte Secondary School

Summary

The contract covers geotechnical planning services for the modernisation of Uchte Secondary School. The work includes investigating and assessing ground and groundwater conditions, carrying out the necessary site investigations and field and laboratory tests, and preparing a ground investigation report. The results will support planning for renovation, reconfiguration, partial demolition and new construction, as well as assessment of foundation, earthworks and groundwater control measures. The school campus includes building sections dating from the 1930s and 1960s; the planned usable floor area is to be reduced from approximately 6,000 m² to 4,000 m². Construction is expected to proceed in phases through 2031 while the school remains in operation. The submission deadline is 3 November 2026.
