Excavation pit and preparatory civil engineering works for the Berlin Psychotrauma Centre

Summary

The State of Germany, acting through the State Building Authority Ulm, is procuring the excavation pit and preparatory civil engineering works for a new psychotrauma centre at Scharnhorststraße 13 in Berlin. The works include, among other things, dewatering, sampling and temporary storage of excavated materials, preparing suitable soil for reuse or removing unsuitable material, and shoring and ground-support works. Temporary off-site storage must be arranged for approximately 5,000 m³ of soil and concrete rubble for ten weeks.
