Landscaping works

Summary

The procurement covers landscaping works for the construction of a Lebenshilfe residential facility, daycare centre, retail space and neighbourhood room. The works include, among other things, paving footpaths, the neighbourhood square and access to the residence with concrete pavers; installing permeable-joint paving in parking areas; laying EPDM surfacing at the daycare centre; and covering the barbecue area with concrete slabs. The layers, materials and strength values must follow the project drawings. Tenders must be submitted electronically in GAEB XML x84 format. A bidder that is not prequalified must submit a suitability declaration and be ready to substantiate its comparable experience, financial information and registrations. Contract performance is also subject to requirements concerning insurance, occupational safety, scheduling, documentation and equal pay.
