Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a highly available server and storage system for a virtualised IT environment, including Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licensing. The solution consists of two identical server nodes, redundant central storage, direct SAS connectivity, network components, cluster configuration, testing, documentation, user instruction, warranty and support. The gross price for Lot 1 must not exceed EUR 264,775, and the complete service and final invoice must be provided by 30 November 2026. The proposed solution must meet detailed technical minimum requirements. These include at least 32 physical CPU cores and 384 GB ECC memory per server node, at least 50 TB usable redundant storage capacity, protection against the simultaneous failure of two drives, certified Windows Server 2025 failover-cluster compatibility, at least 50 CALs, and five years of warranty and support. The bid must include completed technical, pricing and sustainability forms, energy-consumption evidence and all requested supporting documents. Price is not stated as the only award criterion: sustainability information and evidence are also assessed.
