Purchase of three new hooklift vehicles with loader cranes and low-entry cabs
Summary
The procurement covers two lots for Munich’s waste-management operations: three new battery-electric hooklift truck chassis with low-entry cabs, plus the bodies and equipment fitted to them—three hooklift systems, three loader cranes and six containers. Each equipment set comprises one hooklift body, one crane and two containers. The vehicles will transport roll-off containers and mobile compactors and empty used-clothing collection containers. Lot 1 is for three 6×2 electric chassis with a steered tag axle and low-entry cab. Lot 2 is for supplying and installing three hooklift bodies, three loader cranes and six containers with hydraulic covers. The completed vehicles must be operational, road-approvable, meet the technical specification and work with the existing containers. The complete vehicle must be no longer than 11,000 mm, no wider than 2,550 mm and no higher than 4,000 mm, with at least 11,000 kg residual payload. The chassis delivery period is no more than 55 weeks after receipt of the order; the bodywork delivery period is no more than 25 weeks after the chassis is made available. Bidders must submit a compliant technical bid and price schedule and meet the handover, documentation, training and servicing requirements. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). Each lot has relevant turnover, insurance and reference requirements. The bid for each lot must also price the required full-service maintenance contract; Lot 2 must additionally price the required two-hook rotary-motor emptying attachment.
