Additional procurement of licences and support for virtual Proofpoint Protection email gateway servers

The North Rhine-Westphalia Financial Administration Data Centre is procuring Proofpoint licences and support for its virtual email gateway servers under a 48-month framework agreement running from 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The initial planned quantity is 33,000 software licences, with a maximum total of 40,000, together with four years of Platinum support and software maintenance. The scope also includes eight hours of recurring consultative services per month; unused monthly hours cannot be carried forward.
