Framework Agreement for Snow Spend Optimizer Licences and Services

Summary

IT.Niedersachsen is procuring a framework agreement for Snow Spend Optimizer software licences from Flexera, including single-tenant and multi-tenant client, server and SaaS licences. The estimated volumes over the maximum 48-month term are 55,000 single-tenant client licences, 7,000 single-tenant server licences and 55,000 single-tenant SaaS licences; for multi-tenant use, 75,000 client licences, 9,500 server licences and 75,000 SaaS licences. The agreement also covers optional software maintenance and up to an estimated 2,560 hours of implementation, customisation, operational support and training. The procurement is not divided into lots.
