Post-construction cleaning for the modernisation of the Zeppelinstraße residential complex in Aachen

Summary

Gewoge AG is procuring construction cleaning for the second phase of the modernisation of the Zeppelinstraße residential complex in Aachen, covering blocks II and III at Zeppelinstraße 16–40. The work includes detailed cleaning of floors, tiled walls, sanitary fittings, stairs, doors, window sills, radiators and windows, as well as call-off rough cleaning, waste-container provision and touch-up cleaning. The schedule includes, among other quantities, 3,800 m² of linoleum floors, 1,200 m² of wooden windows and 300 m² of plastic windows.
