Summary

The contract concerns the renovation of the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn Museum Freyburg (Unstrut) including special deep foundation works and gable stabilization (Lot 1). The works include the installation of eight micropiles Ø 150 mm (lengths about 6.5–12.0 m), approximately 66 m of micropiles with drilling and grouting, 12 m of boreholes with casing, the manufacture of two steel-reinforced concrete pile head plates (~1.2 m3 of concrete), reinforcement steel, temporary load- and restraint-structures for gable and column stabilization, injection and pressure-relief work to redistribute loads, and monument-appropriate restoration of the historic masonry; coordination and safety planning (SiGeKo) and site inspections with final documentation.
