DGUV inspections according to DGUV Regulation 3

Summary

The tender concerns the periodic inspection of portable electrical equipment at Hochschule Reutlingen, in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3, including documentation and risk assessment. The contract duration is initially two years from award, with the possibility to extend by two more years; maximum duration four years. Award criteria are price (70%), deployment and execution concept (15%), and quality assurance concept (15%). The expected workload covers approximately 40,000 portable devices at 230V and about 100 devices at 400V; devices are located on the campus at Alteburgstraße 150, 72762 Reutlingen, with two external sites (E&D at Oferdinger Str. 50, 72768 Reutlingen and HHZ at Danziger Str. 6, 71034 Böblingen). The contract uses the existing barcode identification system; documentation must be provided in CSV, PDF and MXP formats. Proposals must comply with the tender documents.
