High-temperature-capable curve tracer

Summary

Fraunhofer IISB is procuring one high-temperature-capable curve tracer system for electrically characterising power semiconductors and power modules. The system must support high-accuracy current-voltage measurements, including output, transfer and blocking characteristics, and will be used for component development, lifetime-test comparisons and datasheet preparation. The scope includes delivery of the measurement system and test chamber, with optional measurement and safety features, calibration, maintenance and training for up to five staff; the stated delivery location is laboratory E50 in Erlangen.
