Maintenance of outdoor grounds in Munich

Summary

Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall is procuring maintenance of the landscaped grounds and green roofs at its Munich site under a service contract starting on 1 January 2027. The site covers approximately 7,500 m², including about 1,300 m² of green roofs, and the work includes care of hedges, trees, shrubs and lawns, as well as preparing a tree inventory once in the first contract year. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the estimated total value over four years is approximately €62,000 net, subject to a maximum of €69,000 net.
