Framework agreement for supplying corPatch stimulation electrodes and ECG paper for C3 defibrillators used by the Essen emergency medical service

Summary

The procurement covers supplies of corPatch stimulation electrodes and ECG paper for C3 defibrillators used by the Essen emergency medical service under a framework agreement. The lots are: (1) corPatch Easy electrodes, estimated at 500 sets per year; (2) corPatch Easy pro electrodes, estimated at 1,300 sets per year; and (3) ECG paper, estimated at 1,450 rolls per year. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, with no limit on the number of lots. Actual orders may vary from the estimates by up to 15%, and the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the full estimated quantities. The initial framework term is two years from 1 January 2027, with a one-time 12-month extension, ending no later than 31 December 2029. Deliveries must be made within five days of a call-off order. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 14:00; free registration on the procurement platform is required. Submit the completed bid form and a price sheet for each lot bid for, together with the required suitability, bidder-information and reference declarations. Variant bids are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion, and each lot will be awarded to the eligible bid with the lowest gross total price. If prices are tied, the offered discount is considered when the payment period is at least 14 days; if the result is still tied, the winner is selected by drawing lots.
