Tender detail
TLS surveying for the Niederrhein DGM-W model
Summary
The tender covers surveying work for a digital terrain model of the waterway in the Niederrhein area. Across three regional lots—Niederrhein North, Central and South—the contractor must survey 48 bridges and 33 control areas using terrestrial laser scanning (TLS). The control areas and bridge foundation structures must be surveyed at the specified water level; bridge decks do not need to be measured, and no derived 3D model of the bridges or their foundations is required. Work will be ordered by the contracting authority and carried out between 1 December 2026 and 30 March 2027. At least two scanner positions with overlapping fields of view must be used for each control area; additional positions must be added where necessary to demonstrate complete coverage of roof surfaces. Measurements must be carefully registered and georeferenced, and erroneous measurements removed. Point-cloud classification is not required. Check the official tender documents for the precise participation and qualification requirements.
