Drylining works for the new Building B at TH Köln, Deutz campus

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Cologne, is procuring preparatory and interior construction works for the new Building B lecture-centre at TH Köln’s Deutz campus. The works include drylining partitions and ceilings, fire-rated glazing, wall and ceiling cladding, metal cassette panels, acoustic linings, openings and access panels, prefabricated concrete portal elements and thresholds, lockers, and associated installation and finishing work. The contract is not divided into lots.
