Implementation of the GaFöG at St. Johann Primary School – Könen Branch

Summary

The City of Konz is procuring technical building-services planning for two construction phases at St. Johann Primary School’s Könen branch: a new canteen building with ancillary and functional rooms, followed by energy-efficient renovation of the existing school buildings. The services cover HOAI service phases 1–9 for both phases; phases 1–5 will be commissioned initially, while phases 6–9 are optional and depend on funding and approval. Design work through phase 3 is due by 31 August 2027; subject to funding, the first construction phase must be completed by 31 December 2029 and accounted for by 30 June 2030.
