New construction of Altenahr sports hall – LEAN management

Summary

The Altenahr sports hall construction project will implement LEAN management using the Last Planner system. The objective is to increase collaboration, improve planning and reduce delays. The contractor must participate in the Last Planner process, including a total process analysis (GPA), milestone and phase planning (MPP), a six-week lookahead (6-week lookahead), and weekly production evaluation and planning meetings (PEP).
