Climate protection and environmental impact reports for reconstruction of the A8/A81 Stuttgart interchange

The contract covers consultancy services for reconstruction of the A8/A81 Stuttgart interchange: climate protection assessments under Section 13 of Germany’s Climate Protection Act, an air pollutant report and a nitrogen deposition report. The bidder must provide the required reference and name the responsible specialists, and include a project delivery plan setting out work stages and timing, the named team and its cover arrangements. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 12:00 on 3 November 2026. The evaluation weighting is 40% for price and 60% for the project delivery plan. Work must start no later than 10 working days after award and be completed by 28 March 2031. Required liability insurance must provide at least EUR 1,500,000 cover for personal injury and EUR 1,000,000 for other financial and property damage, and must include environmental damage.
