Network components

Summary

This is a framework agreement for supplying Cisco network components to Saarland University Hospital and other eligible institutions until 31 December 2027. The estimated maximum value is approximately EUR 2.56 million. The required product groups include network backbone and access equipment, security, wireless, IP telephony, routers, network management, transceivers, services and support, with certain software, server and other categories also listed in the price schedule. The supplier must deliver new, genuine Cisco products through an authorised supply channel, within a maximum of three weeks after each call-off, and provide a 24-month Cisco basic service. All listed product groups must be offered. The bid must include discounts, current Cisco Global Price List prices in USD and the exchange rate used. The bid must be submitted in German through the procurement portal by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation uses a cost weighting of 100% for 2026 and 90% for 2027.
