Delivery of 6 UTVs, Lots 1–3

Summary

This tender concerns the delivery of 6 UTVs (Lots 1–3). The bidder must submit a declaration confirming compliance with ILO core labour standards and ensure that goods produced or processed in Africa, Asia or Latin America are sourced in a manner consistent with ILO standards. If work is performed by subcontractors, the contracting party must ensure that the ILO core standards are adhered to by the subcontractors. Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from the tender process and potential penalties under TVergG, including penalties up to 5% of the contract value and/or contract termination, and/or exclusion from public procurement for up to three years. If subcontracting is involved, the contractor must ensure ILO core labour standards with subcontractors under TVergG §14.
