Off-road hook-lift vehicle

Summary

The tender covers the design and delivery of two 8x8 off-road hook-lift vehicles, including the hook-lift system, firefighting equipment, radio communications, warning systems and other specified equipment. It is a two-year framework agreement: two vehicles are guaranteed and up to two additional vehicles are optional. The bidder must submit a fully completed and priced tender, technical drawings, a preliminary weight balance, the required self-declarations, and evidence concerning subcontractors and any reliance on other entities' capacities. The vehicle must meet extensive technical minimum requirements, including an 8x8 drivetrain, a gross mass of at least 32,000 kg, water-fording capability of at least 1,000 mm and engine output of 350–450 kW. The tender must achieve at least 3,500 of the possible 5,875 points.
