Summary

ALDB GmbH is procuring a framework agreement for fleet management and support in sourcing leased vehicles, with a maximum value of EUR 350,000 net. The contractor will manage the existing fleet of 18 leased and 9 owned vehicles and support approximately three new vehicle leases per year; the owned vehicles are modified Ford Kugas, while BMW 5 Series and Audi A6 models are reference vehicles for leased cars. Services include coordinating lease procurement and vehicle handovers and returns, driver support, fuel and charging card administration, claims management, vehicle checks and reporting. The agreement runs from 5 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible 12-month extensions.
