Parcel delivery and returns handling for LZBW

Summary

The State of Baden-Württemberg, through the Logistics Centre Baden-Württemberg (LZBW), is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for parcel transport, dispatch of goods and returns handling. The service covers deliveries to public-service, police and justice offices in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse, with collections and return deliveries at the LZBW site in Ditzingen. The estimated total volume over up to four years is EUR 1.7 million, including about EUR 200,000 for returns; the maximum is EUR 2.5 million, including about EUR 295,000 for returns. Annual volumes are estimated at about 90,000 goods shipments and up to 11,000 returns. The initial term is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional one-year extensions.
