Framework agreement for grade and certificate management software

Summary

The State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is procuring the provision, implementation and use of digital grade and certificate management software for public general and vocational schools, with access also intended to be available to independent schools. The software will support recording, managing, analysing and documenting student performance and creating and issuing certificates, and will be integrated with the state’s school management system. The scope includes setup and configuration, support and maintenance, training, advice and further development. Bidders must offer both on-premises and SaaS operating models; only one will be selected for the contract. The framework agreement has a 24-month initial term and may be extended twice by 12 months, up to 48 months in total.
