Summary

Staatliches Baumanagement Weser-Leine is procuring heating, cooling, plumbing and ventilation works for the new two-storey AudiMax lecture building at the Technisches Hilfswerk training centre in Hoya. The work includes, among other things, heat pumps and ground loops, underfloor heating, climate ceilings, water and drainage systems, central heat-recovery ventilation and split air-conditioning units, together with associated pipework, equipment, insulation, electrical connections and commissioning. The procurement is a single, undivided contract and also includes maintenance services.
