Recurring inspection of lightning protection systems at Hamburg schools and properties – three lots

Summary

Schulbau Hamburg and Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH are procuring recurring inspections of lightning protection systems at approximately 500 school and other property sites in Hamburg. The service is divided into three regional lots: central, Altona, Eimsbüttel and Bergedorf; Wandsbek, Nord and HIBB; and southern Hamburg plus sports and special-use properties. The work includes major inspections and visual inspections in accordance with DIN EN 62305-3:2011-10, with inspection reports and, where drawings are missing or incomplete, updated lightning protection drawings.
