HOAI §53 TGA extinguishing water systems planning service

Summary

The contract, announced by Rheinbahn AG in an open procedure, concerns the planning service for extinguishing water systems (spray-nozzle systems) for two tram depot halls at Lierenfeld (~19,200 m²) and Heerdt (~13,700 m²) under HOAI §53 TGA. The remuneration will be based on HOAI. In addition to references for planning and construction management of low-pressure spray-nozzle extinguishing systems, references for high-pressure spray-nozzle extinguishing systems are now also accepted. Applicants must provide at least two references demonstrating planning and construction management experience with low- or high-pressure spray-nozzle extinguishing systems, covering the sub-services listed in section 7. Phases 2 to 5 must be demonstrated in the references; Phases 6 to 8 may be demonstrated either within those references or within references for self-activating water extinguishing systems. Phases 1 and 9 are no longer required. Appendix 3 'Company-related Applicant Details', Form 6 'References' must be completed to evidence the revised reference requirements. The deadline has been extended to 13 October 2026, 11:00.
