IGS Schaumburg Extension – Roofing Works

Summary

Landkreis Schaumburg is procuring roofing works for the extension and connecting wing of IGS Schaumburg in Stadthagen. The works cover approximately 1,264 m² of roof and 1,260 m² of floor-slab surface, including insulation, waterproofing, extensive green roofs, photovoltaic mounting substructures, roof windows and smoke vents, drainage, metalwork and fall-protection systems. The contract also includes moisture and radon barriers beneath the floor finishes and maintenance of the installed systems for four years.
