Managed Print Services (MPS) – supply and support of multifunction devices, printers and output management software

Summary

This open procedure concerns the supply and support of new multifunction devices, printers and output management software for the City of Neumünster. A3 multifunction devices for corridors and floors are intended to be obtained through leasing, while A4 multifunction devices and desktop printers are to be purchased and covered by a corresponding service fee. Following the initial mass rollout of the A3 devices, the contract includes the first implementation of a manufacturer-independent output management solution, such as FollowMe, SecurePrint or PullPrint. The supplier must provide managed print services to ensure reliable and efficient long-term operation. The submission deadline is 22 September 2026.
