Fire service uniforms and protective clothing

Summary

The City of Willich is procuring fire service uniforms and protective clothing: 320 firefighting jackets and trousers, plus 300 fleece jackets without membranes. The jackets and trousers must comply, among other requirements, with EN ISO 11612:2015, EN ISO 15384:2020+A1:2021, EN 1149-5:2018 and EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021. They include reflective details, a barcode, and RFID and NFC chips. The fleece jackets must be available in sizes XS–4XL, contain at least 50% polyester and be machine-washable at 40°C; the offer must also include five size sets for fitting. Sizing and fitting for the main garments will be carried out by qualified staff of the manufacturer or contractor during four evening appointments in Willich, and all related costs must be included in the offer price. Delivery and invoicing are planned for the first quarter of 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 4 November 2026 at 09:00. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots; alternative offers are not permitted.
