Framework agreement for the supply, rollout and operational logistics of printers and digital multifunction devices

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Tübingen is seeking a framework agreement for printers and digital multifunction devices, including their delivery, installation, rollout and operational logistics. The devices will be rented for 60 months, and only new equipment may be supplied. The services include removing and collecting old equipment, installing and configuring new devices, implementing central management software, training users and administrators, warranty and maintenance, on-site technical support, and supplying toner and other consumable components. At the end of the contract, the devices must be collected and their data media properly erased. The framework agreement has an initial term of 24 months from 1 February 2027, with two 12-month extension options. The estimated quantity is 2,257 devices, the optional maximum is 2,822, and the minimum quantity is 2,000. The contracting authority may extend the rental period for individual devices by up to 6 months under the agreed terms. Offers will be evaluated on price and quality. Among other documents, bidders must provide a commercial-register extract no more than one year old, the required insurance and creditworthiness evidence, manufacturer authorisation to sell the offered products, the manufacturer’s ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification, and three comparable reference projects. The offer, with all required declarations and documents, must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 12:00. The performance and pricing schedules must be completed and submitted in their original Excel format.
