Framework Agreement for Site Security Services 2027–2033

Summary

GSI Helmholtzzentrum and FAIR GmbH are procuring a framework agreement for reception and security services at their research campus and other sites in and around Darmstadt. The regular service includes 24/7 guarding, gate and access control, control-room and alarm response, patrols, reception cover, and drone-assisted monitoring, with additional personnel and security advice available when called off. The initial term is three years from 1 April 2027, with three possible 12-month extensions, and the estimated total value is approximately EUR 6.2 million net, up to a maximum of EUR 9,592,861 net.
