Kitchen equipment and maintenance for Michael-Poeschke Primary School

Summary

The City of Erlangen is procuring kitchen equipment for the canteen at the new after-school care and canteen building at Michael-Poeschke Primary School. The equipment includes dishwashers, a hygiene centre, sinks, refrigerators, cooking and steaming appliances, cold and hot serving units, heated wells and a tray return slide. Maintenance of the pass-through hood-type dishwasher is also included.
