Ready-made food products

Summary

Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern is procuring supplies of ready-made and convenience food products for its higher-education catering sites in four lots: frozen products, fresh ready-to-eat salads, chilled ready meals and sauces, and other product groups specified in the lot schedules. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one company per lot. The contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028 and may be extended three times by one year, up to 31 January 2031. The net maximum values are EUR 2,330,000, EUR 84,000, EUR 500,000 and EUR 405,000 respectively. The tender deadline is 15 October 2026 at 13:00, and price is the only award criterion. Participation requires proof of comparable supply experience, the required declarations and a priced tender meeting the product, sample, packaging and delivery requirements.
