Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is procuring interior fit-out and drywall works for the new lecture-centre Building B at Cologne University of Applied Sciences’ Deutz campus. The scope includes lightweight partition and shaft walls, fire-resistant glazed partitions, suspended and acoustic ceilings, metal-cassette wall and ceiling cladding, openings for doors and building services, precast concrete portal elements and supports, thresholds, and cloakroom lockers. Preparatory and design-planning work and as-needed hourly work are also included; the procurement is not divided into lots.
