Firefighting vehicle HLF 20

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of one HLF 20 rescue and firefighting vehicle in two lots: Lot 1 covers the all-wheel-drive chassis and Lot 2 covers the firefighting bodywork. The vehicle must comply with DIN EN 1846 and DIN 14530-27; the bodywork must include, among other features, a usable firefighting water tank capacity of at least 2,000 litres, a fire pump, equipment compartments, a crew cab and a pneumatic light mast reaching at least 5.0 metres. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and one bidder may be awarded both contracts. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 14 October 2026 at 10:00 and must remain valid for 58 days. Evaluation considers price and quality; the maximum score for Lot 1 is 1,200 points, of which price accounts for up to 600 points and engine power, cab sound insulation, fog lights, spare-parts availability and customer service account for up to 600 points. The company must provide technical data sheets, three references for comparable supplies if shortlisted, service-station details and the other required suitability and compliance documents.
